We started in 1975 as a single neighborhood practice. Half a century later, we're still owned and run by dentists who actually treat patients — not by a private equity firm in another state.
That structural choice shapes everything: who we hire, what technology we invest in, how we handle insurance, and how long our team stays. Our average team tenure is measured in decades, not years.
Today, PGS Dentistry operates six offices across Macomb and St. Clair counties — Richmond, Romeo, Marysville, Chesterfield, Harrison Township, and St. Clair Shores. We're proud members of the American Dental Association and Michigan Dental Association, and we support the Lions Club, local schools, and churches across our service area.
