Dentures and partial dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth. Full dentures replace an entire arch (upper, lower, or both); partials fill in gaps when some healthy natural teeth remain.
Modern dentures bear little resemblance to the loose, plasticky versions older relatives may have struggled with. Today's dentures are precision-fit, color-matched, and designed to stay secure during eating and conversation. Partials use discreet clasps or precision attachments that hide behind your natural teeth.
For patients who want even more stability, implant-supported dentures snap onto a small number of implants — eliminating the slipping that traditional dentures can cause.

Consultation & impressions
We discuss your goals, evaluate remaining teeth and gums, and take precise impressions or digital scans of your mouth.

Try-in
A wax try-in lets you preview the shape, color, and fit before final fabrication. We refine until you're happy.

Fabrication
Your final dentures are crafted by an experienced dental lab. Quality materials and skilled craftsmanship make a big difference in fit and appearance.

Delivery & adjustments
We deliver the dentures and check fit, bite, and comfort. Small adjustments over the next few weeks are normal as you adapt.

Ongoing care
Your gums and bone change over time. Dentures need periodic relining (every 2–3 years) and eventually replacement (every 5–10 years).
Common questions about dentures & partials.
How long does it take to get used to dentures?
Most patients adapt to eating and speaking within 2–4 weeks. Some sore spots in the first few days are normal — we make adjustments quickly.
Will my dentures look fake?
Not when made well. Modern dentures are color-matched, custom-shaped, and designed to look like your natural teeth — not the bright-white 'TV teeth' of older designs.
Can I eat normally?
With practice, yes. Start with softer foods and cut others into smaller pieces. Implant-supported dentures dramatically improve eating ability if traditional dentures feel limiting.
How do I clean them?
Brush them daily with a denture brush and non-abrasive cleanser. Soak overnight to keep them moist. Don't use regular toothpaste — it's too abrasive.
Should I consider implant-supported dentures?
Often yes, especially for the lower arch where traditional dentures slip more. As few as 2 implants can dramatically improve stability.
